Know Before You Go
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- The schedule may change depending on traffic or road conditions. Arrival time may be delayed. We cannot cover the cost of taxis or accommodations if return arrival is delayed.
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes (trekking shoes are ideal). To protect from insects, long sleeves and long pants are recommended. Gloves are also useful.
- During summer, UV protection is important – long-sleeved, easily removable clothing is best.
- There are limited shelters, so please bring rain gear. It can also be used as a jacket in case of cold weather.
- Depending on the weather or crowd conditions, your stay time at the site may be shortened, or the hike may be canceled.
- In the event of stormy weather, the tour may be changed to a different sightseeing destination.
- The order of stops may vary depending on your bus assignment.
- Please arrive at your selected meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Your assigned bus is based on your selected location.
- Our staff has a list for each bus and may not accommodate guests who arrive at a different point.
- Late arrivals or wrong meeting points will miss the tour and no refund will be provided.
- In case of heavy traffic due to holidays or weather, some attractions may be skipped without refund.
- We recommend checking your travel dates in advance to avoid delays.
- The tour departs on time and cannot wait for any reason.
- Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, even if you contact us before departure.
