Every week, on two special evenings Tuesday & Saturday, our chef presents a six course tasting menu that could be expertly paired with 5 glasses of distinctive greek wines.
All six courses of the Aegean tasting menu are inspired from traditional Cycladic fish recipes with a modern approach.
The wine tasting is optional, at 40 euros per person
The event starts at 19:30 and last 2,5 hours.

The nights of Aegean Gastronomy are held twice each week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The number of participants is limited each time, which gives our chef the advantage of preparing a special menu of six courses almost as if it were private.
Our chef prepares fish based courses using local ingredients and fresh same-day catch, which are the basis of the menu.
Five lables of wine, as the Asyrtiko from Santorini, Malagouzia from Paros, Robola from Kefalonia, Mosholfilero from Mantineia and the sweet Malagouzia from Macedonia could accompanying the Nights of Aegean Gastronomy. The selection of each variety is meticulously made to match the course served. The wine tasting accompanying the Aegean tasting menu is optional, at 40 euros per person.
