Your “Experience Vietnamese Cooking Class and Local Market” begins with a visit of a market near Da Nang. This is the perfect occasion to discover exotic products and their use in Vietnamese cooking.
By joining this tour you have chance to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
After that we will come back to local family, we have a welcome drink and join the cooking class. You will make your own rice paper and 8 traditional Vietnamese dishes from south/middle/north Vietnam:
Marinated pork skewers
Papaya salad
Vietnamese-style fish
Rice pancake
Bánh cuốn
Vietnamese Bong lan cake
Banana and coconut cake
Beef noodles (Pho)
Vegetarian menu available on request!
End tour and transfer back to your hotel in Hoi An and Da Nang.
