- YS Falls: This day tour of Jamaica’s South Coast begins with pickup from any hotel from Montego Bay, Negril, Grand Palladium Resort and Falmouth. During the scenic drive, you’ll hear about Jamaica's history and pass by numerous farming villages in the mountainous region. On arrival at YS Falls in St. Elizabeth Parish, it’s a 10-minute, tractor-led jitney ride through the rainforest to the seven-tiered waterfalls. Spend free time exploring the picturesque cascades and swimming in natural pools watched over by lifeguards. Swing on the Tarzan rope or head to the zipline canopy (available at an additional cost). *Drive time from Montego Bay to YS Falls is 1 hour and 40 minutes *Drive time from Negril to YS Falls 1 hour and 33 minutes *Drive time from Grand Palladium to YS Falls 1 hour and 50 minutes. *Drive time from Falmouth to YS Falls 2 hours
