- El Alamein War Museum: Escape the hustle and bustle of Cairo for the day and immerse yourself in Egypt’s history on this day trip. Get picked up from your hotel in Cairo in the morning and travel to El Alamein where you will discover World War II remains and cemeteries. Head to the Military Museum and admire a variety of weapons, military garbs, and tanks.
- El Alamein War Cemetery: Continue your tour with a visit to the WWII Cemeteries, located on the west of the town, on a small peninsula overlooking the sea.
- Pompey's Pillar: In the afternoon, drive to Alexandria where you will see Pompay’s Pillar.
- Citadel of Qaitbay: Next, head to Qaitbay Citadel and admire the impressive architecture of this 15th-century fortress.
- Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa: Finish your tour with a visit to the catacombs, the largest Roman cemetery in existence. Get dropped off back at your hotel in the evening.
